At Jusect, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your Jusect ComfortWear Men's Pajama Set, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

2. Return Period

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the items meet our return conditions outlined below.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or have had tags removed.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@jusect.com or call +27 21 555 0198
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include your Return Authorization Number in the package
  6. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

5. Return Shipping

5.1 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs vary depending on the reason for return:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Jusect will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind or Size Exchange: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified in a promotion.

5.2 Recommended Shipping Methods

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Jusect is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Refund Process

6.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  1. Inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions (1-2 business days)
  2. Process your refund (2-3 business days)
  3. Issue the refund to your original payment method

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank account details for the refund.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will process exchanges as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

For exchanges:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Return the original item following our return process
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect your return
  • If there is a price difference, we will either refund the difference or request additional payment

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@jusect.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs, at no charge to you.

9. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. You will not be charged for shipping in either direction.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Items returned without a Return Authorization Number
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance (when applicable)

11. Refused Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions. Items that do not qualify for return may be sent back to you at your expense.

12. Consumer Protection Rights

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights under South African consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. You have the right to return faulty goods within a reasonable time for a repair, replacement, or refund.

13. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary)
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jusect.com
